Let the games begin, my fourteen month old granddaughter Calais is now walking, not before time little girl. Your Mummy and Daddy, not to mention your two brothers, will not know what has hit them. Papa is very proud of you darling.
What a busy, busy day. I have just not stopped, but at least the days goes by quickly, too quickly really. Tomorrow I have two strata meetings so that will fly by as well. I suspect that I may have to work Wednesday this week as well, I should have some idea by mid afternoon. When you are only supposed to be part-time you cannot afford to get too far behind. I always knew the hours would increase, and so does the pay packet, bring it on, we have a house to buy.
Blake has arrived safely back in Melbourne but he will be back this weekend for ten days, maybe I can get longer than a three-minute chat. It’s silly really, when he lived in Adelaide I did not see him for a few weeks at a time sometimes, but knowing he is interstate I seem to miss him more. At least I have the other three here, and Blake will be home for good soon enough, I don’t think he will be thinking about living away again too quickly.
I am so grateful for my children, and now my grandchildren. They have all accepted my change in lifestyle, and my partner Brian, I do not know what I would do without them. I love all of you guys more than you know. If only my extended family could have been so accepting, oh well, their loss.
Thank you for reading.
