Thoughts of a middle aged man…..11 March 2013

Today has been an absolute stinker in Adelaide, I think the washing was relieved when I brought it in. Tomorrow will be even worse but at least we are expecting a cool change sometime tomorrow. Please, please let this be the end of the hot weather, I am over it. There is one thing for certain, when Brian and I either buy or build our next home there will be no evaporative air-conditioning for us, refrigerated reverse cycle only.

We had an impromptu visit from second son Ryan and his fiancée Melissa, along with two of their children, Bailey and Calais. A quite unexpected but extremely pleasant afternoon. I am very happy when any of my children decide to pop in. Calais kept us all entertained and Bailey played on his iPad while we talked.

Back to work tomorrow after a long weekend here in Adelaide, a long, hot weekend. Brian and I literally live 5 minutes from the beach but have not stepped foot on the sand in two years, we are not beach people but we like looking at the sea. What a waste.

Tomorrow will be busy, I have to send out the meeting notices for another IGM, and I have a 6.00 pm AGM. The evening meetings are a pain but they come with the territory, I just hope I get a quorum so it is not a waste of time, but then think of the overtime.

Its been a busy weekend so its high time I hit the sack. Goodnight and thank you for reading.

Valkyria Chronicles by Sega now available at Graham’s Goodies http://grahamsgoodies.net/. Great games always available.
