It is a wet and miserable winter afternoon here in Adelaide, wet clothes on the line, more clothes in the clothes dryer, and yet more clothes on the airer in front of the heater. Not that Brian would know as he is in blissful ignorance, snoring his little head off in bed.
What Brian does not know is that he is about to be rudely awakened by the pitter patter of little feet, as Ryan and Melissa are on their way down for a visit. When they get here I will sneak the kids upstairs and they can wake Uncle Brian up as only they know how.
Tonight I had intended to go see Blake at the High Risk Pro Wrestling Show in Elizabeth East, but with Ryan and co on the way that will not be happening. Sorry Blake, I know I have not been for a while but I will, I promise.
Last night Brian and I had dinner with friends at Maiz and Mezcal, a Mexican restaurant in St Morris, the food was wonderful, especially the baked Mexican cheesecake and the Hibiscus Margarita. The venue was very busy so the service was not great, very noisy as well, some people do not seem to care who they disturb, they just think they are the only ones there.
I had best go downstairs and tidy up a bit, I must put my book out of reach before Miss Calais decides to read it and lose Papa’s place. Have a good weekend and thank you for reading
